Engineering is one of the few university degrees left that has a positive return on investment, but well paying jobs are no longer a guarantee after graduating. In order to land a job within the field you need a competitive advantage.
It’s not enough to just get the degree.
You need to have a few internships or co-ops under your belt, a high GPA, and solid references if you want a job after university. Just getting into the program is not enough; you need to be at the top of the class. This is the only course designed to help you through Grade 12, all of your prerequisite courses, AND your first year of university. This will help you get the engineering specialization of your choice after first year, and help you land that first internship.

After finishing high school I narrowly missed the cut-off for my dream school by just 0.04%. This led me to start at a community college, but after two years I was able to transfer to Queen’s and finish at a top 5 university.
I’m currently in a Master’s of Chemical Engineering with a focus on novel 3D printing materials.
